For Movember we have halted the cocktail of the week to allow the Magnum P.I sTASHio a stage for the month.

A tashtastic combination of Milk, Maraschino, our own home made pistachio syrup and vodka. All in aid of Movember and for everyone sold we will donate 50p to Movember.

Sellick would be proud.

Week 35: Tozmanian Revel

Saint Lucian Toz rum shaken with sugar, dark chocolate and mint liqueurs with a hit of frsh espresso to keep you going through the night.

Served lightly chilled in a cocktail glass.

Week 34: Convoiter pour Cerise

Raisin infused Hennessy Cognac and Cockburns Port shaken lovingly with fresh citrus and apple juices, given a cherry kiss with French Creme de Cerise.

Finished with lemon oil and flamed orange bitters, all served over crushed ice in a white wine glass.

Bond No9, final 3 for Spirits bar of the year!

You may have read in our last post we were waiting to hear about the Spirits bar category in the upcoming Scottish licensed trade news awards. We have just found out that we have made the final three in this category as well!

Final winners are announced on the 22nd October, wish us luck!

We have just found out that Bond No9 is down to the final three for the Scottish Licensed Trade News Style bar of the year category,with the winner being announced on the 22nd of October, so fingers crossed everyone!

We’re also in for Spirits bar of the year in the same awards but the final three have yet to be announced, watch this space…
